Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our client, a well-established and fast growing manufacturing company, is looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working on a variety of tasks. This person must have a general knowledge and experience in both AR and AP, as they would be assisting both departments.

Canada / US Customs knowledge is a must as our client imports and exports a lot of products. Good knowledge of the USMCA (modernization of NAFTA) rules, as they would have to issue certificates for our customers and also be able to check customs importation documents for Canada and the US for correctness.

Other requirements would be the standard:

· Strong knowledge of excel, along with other Microsoft Suite programs

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

· Strong interpersonal skills - patient and approachable.

· Basic mathematical skills

· Able to work well within a team and independent

This position would report to the Controller who enjoys teaching and mentoring their self-starting staff. This role is a great position for people looking for a variety of tasks in accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
