Our Client, a professional moving company located in Oakville, is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role will be hybrid following the 3 month probation period.
What You Will Do
- Data entry for all transactions of subsidiary company into relevant accounting systems.
- Provides customers with relevant documentation as needed.
- Manages the Accounts Payable data entry process for both parent and subsidiary across multiple systems.
- Processes relevant documents from Agent activity.
- Processes Credit Card transactions in payment solution system (Moneris).
- Ad hoc data entry in various systems for Agents and customers.
- Analysis and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts
What You Will Bring
- 1-2 years of financial administration experience.
- Experience with accounting software such as Great Plains.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheet and word processing software such as Microsoft Office.
