We are looking for a motivated self starter to join our growing team. General book keeping and accounting duties is the main focus of this role. Some of your tasks may include;
- Prepare financial reports and perform account reconciliation
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable / receivable
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Utilize accounting software ( QuickBooks) to maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Desired Skills;
-Strong proficiency in account reconciliation, accounting software, payroll, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting. Quickbooks experience considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
