Oliberte Limited is hiring a Bookkeeper/Accountant to work onsite at its office in Oakville, Ontario. We are looking for someone to start asap to manage and support our accounting team that manages multiple small businesses.
With diverse team of almost 100 people, Oliberte is involved in many things from masks, sandals, safety shoes, agriculture products and retail home improvement.
Each of us do different things - no day is the same. If you have good attention to detail, have a strong knowledge of acccounting and related principles, are great with computers (specifically excel), love being in an office and can work with organized chaos, send over your resume.
What are we looking for?
Someone ready to learn. Our ERP system is called Bluelink and you'll be living in this system on a daily basis.
Someone that can organize chaos. As mentioned we do lots of different things. You'll be pulled here and there from payment collections, to bank reconciliations to ordering supplies for the office. Sometimes before 10am.
Someone quirky and fun is a plus. We're a small and laid back group. But we work hard so not taking ourselves too seriously is important. While we have fun, the job and your role can get stressful at times but having a good sense of humor and getting things done go hand and hand here.
Reporting to the Company's CFO.
