Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, team management abilities, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable (code and pay supplier invoices)
- Floor plan reconciliation
- Manage Sales Process
- Financing liaison
- Monthly HST filling
- Quarterly WSIB submission
- Prepare and submit Payroll, Year End T4’s
- Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- HR coordinator for onboarding new employees and co-ordination of benefits
- Compile year end information for Accounting Firm
- Collaborate with Management Team on business decisions
- Other tasks and projects as required
Experience:
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience supervising a team
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
