We are on the lookout for a Financial Controller in the Automotive Industry!
```Duties```
- Preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Perform account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Manage accounts payable process, including reviewing invoices, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies
- Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts and projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis activities
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to record and track financial transactions
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Assistant Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)
- Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable functions
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
