Visture Property Group is growing very quickly and needs additional Accounting personnel.
We are searching for the right candidate to join our dynamic team at Visture Property Group as a Construction Accounting specialist. The right candidate for this position will be eager to learn and open to growing their knowledge Quickbooks and other associated and integrated software, client relations, construction and maintenance billing and payroll, and other office duties.
You must have a positive attitude and be solutions focused for client happiness and business success. This role is very autonomous and will afford you plenty of flexibility. However, you must be a self-starter and eager to improve yourself. You must be a decisive individual that can review the facts and make a decision and is willing to learn from your and our mistakes.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Description
- The role of a Construction Accounting Clerk is to plan, set up, and organize, new clients and contracts.
- Trace, log and register every penny from purchase order to customer payments.
- Accurately prepare and verify invoice and Payrolls.
- Reconciliate all necessary account
- work with other accounting personnel
- Other Tasks as required
Skills and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both written and oral in dealing with clients.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle various requests from different employees at the same time
- Ability to explain complex concepts and demonstrate tasks to customers and employees
- Understanding of basic math,
- in depth knowledge of accounting, and budgeting
- Familiarity with internet applications such as google drive, gmail, computers, and other office systems
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and email is a must. . .
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks and all its modules and add ons.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
Requirement
We require approximately 32-40 hours a week of work. A driver's license and a vehicle is required. Must be able to work alone or in a team environment in an office setting.
