Salehi Law Professional Corporation is a boutique Personal Injury and Immigration law firm looking to hire a full time Legal Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant for our head office located in Toronto near Donmills and Eglinton.
Responsibilities as include:
- Answer all incoming calls; redirect to appropriate staff with name, contact number, company and exact reason for call
- Review, save, and scan incoming faxes into each client’s file on a daily basis. Update the appropriate file handler if required
- Call clients for missing information/updated information
- Update clients disbursements list as required
- Scan invoices to clients files and update their disbursements list
- Schedule various appointments for clients
- Booking and scheduling for EUO’s, insurance examinations, independent medical assessments, examination for discovery, mediations, etc..
- Filing
- Mail correspondence/invoices out to appropriate parties
- Make specific production requests (s33 requests)
- Update any claims w adjuster/counsel information
- Update client documents with pertinent information
- General assistance with AB and Tort matters
- Ensure that the reception area and the boardroom are tidy and the tables are cleaned daily
- Bring beverages to clients as requested while they are in the boardroom

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
