Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Work Setting:
- Distribution centre / 3PL / wholesale establishment
Duties:
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls & messages
- Answer electronic inquiries
- Greet people & direct them to contacts or service areas
- -Open & distribute regular & electronic incoming mail & other material & co-ordinate the flow of information
- -Perform data entry
- -Provide customer service
- -Maintain & manage digital database
- -Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts
- -Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
- -Compile inventory reports
- -Label, file & retrieve documents
- -Perform general office duties
- -Verify accuracy & completeness of data
Experience & Specialization:
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
