Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Conduct regular account analysis and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor cash flow and manage cash flow projections
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as, QuickBooks, ADP etc.
- Strong knowledge of account analysis, budgeting, payroll, CRA & financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
