Education:
· Completion of Highschool is a must
College or University diploma or degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· CA or higher designation
· Yardi Voyager Experience a must
· Familiar with building services and asset
· Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Experience/Skills
· 5 + years administration experience
· 3 + years experience accounting
· 5 years experience in building/facilities maintenance an asset
· Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills
· Building system knowledge
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong initiative and team work skills

General Duties and Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Bookkeeper/Accoutant are, but not limited to, the following:
· Answer Phones
· Record & deliver messages
· Respond to all general enquiry emails
· Produce PO’s as requested by staff
· Produce internal Work Orders and distribute
· Responsible for reviewing all invoices and credit card charges
· Review and code all expenses and invoices
· Prepare and submit all expenses
· Banking
· A/R & A/P duties
· Year end reconciliations
· Fill out listing paperwork and upload to system
· Create Listing packages
· Filing – update and maintain filing system
· Typing of documents, Offers, Leases, etc.
· Errands as required and some travelling within the City of Barrie
· Manage petty cash
· Light cleaning, dishes and preparation for meetings
· Other duties as assigned
