Terradyne is a manufacturer of armoured Military and Police vehicles, used for the protection of first responders under dangerous conditions. 2. Job Description;
Terradyne is looking for a motivated individual, to take charge of Accounting and HR needs.
The Employee is expected to;
o Conduct bookkeeping activities (using SAGE).
o Conduct Bi weekly payroll (using ADP).
o Conduct all accounts payable activities and execute cheque runs.
o Complete year end source deductions and returns
o Treasury management (foreign and domestic)
o Issue monthly attendance management reports.
o Assist employee with their questions regarding the Benefits program.
o Facilitate hiring and termination of employees in the payroll and benefits systems.
o Issue t4's and ROE's as required
o Submit WSIB forms and manage correspondence.
3. Requirements;
· Previous experience in similar work (3 yrs)
· Previous experience with ADP Work Force Now.
· Good communication skills
· College degree in accounting
· A history of stability in an employment relationship.

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/wk, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, daily
Salary: $35.63/hr.
