The candidate for this position must be a highly organized and efficient individual that has previous experience in managing payroll with related union benefits. Experience in residential leasing and accounting/ book keeping is required.
This individual works closely with the General Manager on a day to day basis to achieve a fluid well organized administrative setting for residents, families, team managers and employees.
Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator shall be responsible and accountable for the planning, organizing, leading, directing and evaluating the business office and reception services of the community. Participates within the Management Team in the day to day operations. The Office Coordinator plays a major role through the management of the business office, reception, and Tenancy Agreements. Is responsible and accountable for the day to day management of the business office operations to include accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll systems. Shall be responsible for ensuring reception duties and front desk activities, including night shifts, are maintained utilizing a hospitality customer approach. Shall be responsible for the correspondence and reports as assigned.
- Excellent public relation skills in reception, hospitality and customer service.
- Graduate from a recognized school of business with knowledge of automated office systems required.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and related programs
- Managerial experience in the direction of office operations and supervision
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of business machines.
- Basic banking skills and electronic funds transfer.
- Knowledge of Telephone Systems
- Ability to handle basic bookkeeping to include payables, receivables, inventory, monthly reporting and archives.
- Effective written and verbal skills in the English language

Pay: $61,500.00-$63,000.00 per year
