We are a growing pest control company looking for a full time office person who will have the ability to keep our website up to date and have a flair for keeping our social media fresh and appealing. The ability to create visually effective marketing material that drives our growth is the challenge.
Strong communications skills are necessary as well as possessing excellent telephone manners. You will be answering very busy phones, and entering customer data as well.
Some invoicing and scheduling will also be a part of your responsibility. Familiarity with Quickbooks is an asset. Confidential and sensitive data must be treated with discretion. Assisting with ordering supplies and scheduling of services will also be a part of your day.
As the successful applicant you will work with the current office staff and will be responsible for all functions to support current operations under minimum supervision. Liaising with ownership and all team members, you will be part of a growing business that takes great pride in their business and the great people within it.
Responsibilities
- Ability to use various on-line platforms to grow our online presence such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Alignable and Instagram
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Monitor and manage advertising campaign budgets for optimization
- Develop and update website content
