Moncrief Construction Limited (MCL) is a general contractor specializing in power and communications line construction, industrial electrical work, heavy civil construction, and aggregate production. We are currently welcoming applications for a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator capable of fulfilling the following requirements.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing monthly invoices.
- Receiving payments and posting to customer’s account in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
- Perform collection procedures on customer accounts to ensure payments are received according to credit terms.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Construction and job costing experience preferred.
- Problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains would be considered and asset.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to get tasks done.

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
