This position offers support to our sales manager and to our bookkeeper.
Duties :
- Assist with quoting completing procedure with costumers
- Communicate with departments
- Verify accuracy in orders along with invoicing.
- Provide excellent service to costumers and clients
- Keep accurate information updated regularly, purchase orders, invoicing, product inventory
- Maintain Pallet repair programs, document, follow-up with customer and production
- Customer satisfaction, reporting external or internal complaints
- Back-up payroll processing
Must Have :
- Strong knowledge and understanding Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office.
- 3 - 5 years of bookkeeper/Sales assistance experience.
- Strong customer service skills focusing on positive relationship building.
- High proficiency and accuracy when entering data.
- A positive ready to work and learn attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
