Job Description
The opportunity
This role provides primary day-to day administrative support to two senior members of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Transformation Delivery Team. This position requires strong judgment, professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with high profile situations that require tact and diplomacy. The team operates in a fast paced and very collaborative environment.
Responsibilties
- Coordinating calendar management including a high volume of meetings requests for two senior members of the team
- Coordinating/managing travel and concur expense management
- Anticipating issues and initiating appropriate action to ensure most effective use of leader’s time
- Providing general administrative support to FP&A & Transformation Delivery employees in the Toronto office, including point of contact for mail deliveries and critical issue for printer maintenance, conference room equipment issues. etc.
- Collaborating across multiple sites with other Executive Assistants and team members
- Provide back-up coverage for the other Executive Assistant when applicable Handling high volumes of work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.

What we are looking for
- 3+ year’s progressive experience with superior demonstrated technical expertise in the application of administrative tools.
- Strong interpersonal, professional and diplomacy skills with a high comfort level in dealing with senior management and individuals at all levels in the organization
- Sound judgment in assessing requests and the ability to act on issues and handle situations as required
- Able to exercise discretion and tact in situations involving sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational, time management and priority setting skills in order to meet tight deadlines
- Proven self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritize and be flexible to move from one priority to another while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary range is expected to be between
$41,175.00 CAD - $68,625.00 CAD
