Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist /Accounts Receivable-Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoicing. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Reception
- Perform clerical tasks related to accounts receivable/payable, including data entry, electronic filing, and maintaining records
-Data Entry of Vendor invoices into accounting Software
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers
- Customer Statements - Follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with customer/vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment status
- Utilize phone systems to make outgoing calls for payment reminders or account updates
- Various tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support in a professional manner
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Experience working with accounting software and MS Office is preferred
- Accurate typing skills with attention to detail
- Reliability and Dependability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
