Outspan Concrete Structures Ltd. was founded in 1996 and has decades of experience in the formwork sector. The Outspan Group mission is to continue to work with its partners, employees/Unions and the Public in a progressive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage weekly payroll for employees using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and taxes
-Entering daily bills and handling accounts payable(processing and printing suppliers cheques)
- Completing government remittances, WSIB, and record of employment reports.
- Monthly Union remittances and weekly tracking of employees hours
- Costing reports of jobs on handling accounts payable and
- Filing Necessary documents and proving personal assistance to president, project manager and estimator.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Administrator obligations( e.g. answering phone, retrieving messages and printing important emails.
- Complete Vehicle permits, licenses truck inspections, oversize permits( once a year)
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in using payroll software, such as QuickBooks Desktop
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures related to payroll
- Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Great office management skills, customer service and front desk operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From $46,277.48 per year
