Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and supporting the financial operations of the company. Responsibilities: - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to manage financial data - Process payroll and maintain payroll records - Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties - Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation - Support the preparation of tax returns and audits Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role - Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero - Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures - Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable principles - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience with Xero accounting software - Previous work as an accounting clerk - Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes If you are a dedicated Bookkeeper with a passion for numbers and financial management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
