The position will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be accountable for the coordination and administration of day to day functions within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of orders
- Assist in the preparation and execution of trade shows
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special projects
- Product Listing
- Updating trade show ordering systems
- Working with on the road sales reps
- Calling Clients when required
- Calling Vendors when required
- Data Entry
- Scheduling orders
- Organizing Samples
- Support of internal Sales team

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must work well in a sometimes high pressure work environment, ensuring deadlines are met
- Solid organizational skills
- Can take initiative
- Problem solver
- Ability to multitask, organized, flexible and having strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
