Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with bookkeeping
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Rquirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in bookeeping an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners & computers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
