Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met - Provide guidance on financial decisions and strategies to senior management - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements - Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices - Proficient in financial software and systems - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: - Sales experience in a dealership setting is preferred - Customer service skills to build relationships with clients - Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers - Familiarity with financial services such as loans and leasing options - Strong mathematical skills for analyzing financial data We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
