Role Overview: We are looking for a proficient and experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's team remotely on a one-month contractual basis, with potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, and conduct monthly reconciliations.
- Support tax preparation and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What We Need From You:
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a public accounting firm.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
