Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small team, hospitality experience is definitely an asset. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a smooth workflow, as well as taking care of all reservations and event queries. This is a vital role that requires excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- May be asked to assist with lunch service and occasional special event (weekends and evenings)
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Manage office budgets and expenses, daily sales balancing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Experience in the hospitality industry a very strong plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
