```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. As a Book Keeper/Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
```Duties:```
- Answer phone calls & provide information to customers in a polite and professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Create and post updates on social media and website
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Assist with creating and documenting SOP's for the company
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Track inventory levels, sales, and deliveries
- Accurately calculate payroll and sub contractor pay and setup direct deposit
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as billing, payables, project accounting, bank reconciliations, etc using QuickBooks
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in Google Business, Drive, Sheets, Calendar etc
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate fluently in English
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk reception is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
