Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate CPAP Clinician and Office Administrator with a background in respiratory therapy, polysomnography, or related fields to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing all education and equipment setup to new and existing clients, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our CPAP supply company.
Responsibilities:
- Review data reports and determine CPAP therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
- Conduct appointments and set up all necessary CPAP equipment.
- Assist clients in accomplishing their treatment plans by recommending adjustments and modifications.
- Identify any discrepancies with respiratory therapy/treatment and bring them to the attention of the physician.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely inventory replenishment and product availability.
- Oversee order processing, shipping, and delivery logistics.
- Maintain equipment functionality by fulfilling preventive maintenance protocols and initiating repair requests as necessary.
- Assist in the organization and execution of company events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- RRT or RPSGT designation (preferred).
- Previous experience in CPAP sales, polysomnography, administration, office management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Docs/Google Workspaces, CRM software, and database management. SalesForce experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CPAP equipment or healthcare industry (preferred but not required).
- Bilingualism is an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
