Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist at Financial Debt Recovery Limited (FDR) located in Richmond Hill, ON. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with debt collection, communication with debtors, cash collection, customer service, and finance-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of finance principles and practices
- Experience in debt recovery or related field
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Relevant certification or diploma in finance or related field is a plus
