ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
HRS Global is searching for an accounts payable professional to join our team. This individual works closely with finance, warehousing, customer service and sales.
- Verify and enter invoices for local and Asia vendors
- Process payments for vendors (cheques, Visa, ACH, wires)
- Process deposits and final payments for Asia vendors
- Reconcile certain balance sheet accounts
- Communicate with warehousing to process 3-way match
- Keep track of all suppliers’ accounts to ensure all payments are made or any past due
- Process inventory adjustments
- Assist in Banking reports
- Prepare volume rebate report
- Prepare commission reports
- Prepare ECO Fees Recycle reports
- Reconcile VISA statement
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Cegep or accounting professional certificate
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in accounts payable and related activities.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
- SAP Business One
- Microsoft office knowledge (Word & Excel)
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and written in both English and French
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
