**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction accounting, finance, and tax regulations. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes and act as cost controller
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Utilize accounting software of Quickbooks and Knowify
- Provide expertise in corporate finance and financial services
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
**Experience:**
- CPA certification required
- Proven minimum 3 years experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
