Create Compounding Pharmacy in Calgary, AB, is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant candidate to join our growing team. We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that has expanded into a new world class facility in Calgary, AB, Toronto , Vancouver and Moncton. Our facility is fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and offers sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding (human and veterinary). As an Administrative Assistant employee, you will assist with Accounts receivable, data entry and other administrative duties. While there are competencies listed below, there will be training provided in detail for the successful applicant.
The role will entail or require but not limited to the following:
- Data capturing and entry
- Accounts receivable
- Excellent and adaptable computer skills in Word, Excel, Google docs, etc.
- Eagerness to learn other key computer software used within the company
- Administartive support to our Calgary, Vancouver, Moncton and Toronto offices
- Regular and efficient internal communication (phones, emails and reports)
- Other administrative duties when required
