Accounts Payable: Where Accuracy meets Efficiency!
As an Accounts Payable Clerk II, you will provide second level support and analysis of accounts payable data entry and reconciliation. Led by the Manager, Accounts Payable, this opportunity suits a strong communicator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with previous accounts payable experience.
Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:
- Review invoice adjustments.
- Review and process expense invoices, validating general ledger coding and approval levels.
- Review, analyze and reconcile supplier statements.
- Assist the Vendor Maintenance Analyst and Vendor Support Representative with all duties depending on workload as needed.
- Support with the commercial card program and employee expenses as required.
- Provide mentoring to the team.
We’re looking for:
- College diploma focusing on Accounting, Finance, or Business (or High School with equivalent experience and college courses).
- 3+ years of related Accounts Payable / Finance experience.
- Experience with ERP finance modules is an asset.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks of varying priority.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new systems and utilize the knowledge to solve business issues.
- Ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
