Our client is in the financial industry looking to hire a full time, reliable Office Admin assistant.
Location: Markham
Shift: Monday to Friday
Time: 9 am - 5 pm
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate people
- Sorting and directing mails and processing courier packages
- Provide administrative support to staff in the head office, including meeting/conference scheduling, coordination of office events and special projects as requested
- Accountable for the general maintenance of the head office including ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinating office upkeep with building management service to resolve facility related issues
- Monitoring the usage of supplies and equipment in the head office. Order all supplies required by head office and branches staff from external venders
- Communicating with internal and external couriers; Preparing, receive and distributing of all courier packages in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command in Mandarin (written/writing) is an asset
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
