We are a small, and rapidly growing business that focuses on providing the latest in LED lighting technologies to the entertainment industries as well as providing fantastic customer service. The Toronto-based company develops, manufactures and markets innovative LED lighting technologies primarily for film, television, commercial, and industrial applications. We offer customized and off-the-shelf solutions for a large array of customers.

· Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Accounts Receivable
· Coordinate with Sales team to ensure customers are invoiced in a timely manner
· Coordinate with Bookkeepers to ensure payments are logged in QuickBooks
· Follow up on delinquent accounts
· Process daily receipts
· Reduce A/R payment cycle days
· Send statements of account to customers from QuickBooks platform
· Remote deposit capture (RDC from TD Bank) depositing cheques
Accounts Payable
· Ensure Supplier invoices are submitted
· Coordinate with bookkeepers to ensure supplier invoices have been paid
· Print cheques as prepared by remote bookkeepers and mail them to suppliers as needed
· Paying vendors via TD wire transfer platform.
Other Responsibilities
· Processing credit applications / contacting customer references
· Customer service support as required.
· Work as the front desk reception staff – answering and redirecting phone calls to the main line and directing visitors to proper department
Qualifications
· Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business or a related field preferred;
· Understanding of basic AP / AR principals
· Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
· Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines;
· Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required;
· Proficient computer and keyboarding skills required
· Must be comfortable working with customers.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
