Our Lacombe based company is seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to start June 3, 2024.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing timesheets, kilometer tracking and safety paperwork.
· Bookkeeping assistance including payroll and data entry.
· Customer service – taking calls and forwarding when necessary, greeting customers/suppliers, and email communication.
· Light office cleaning.
· Spreadsheet entry and tracking.
· Managing receipt entry and daily reminders to supervisors.
· Assistance with social media and digital marketing.
The following qualifications are considered an asset:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel/word/one drive/outlook).
· Knowledge of Monday.com application.
· Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Previous experience posting on social media and with digital marketing.
· Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Training will be offered for the right candidate.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This is a full-time hourly position with hourly rate based on experience.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
