Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom and ensure exceptional customer service and assist our sales staff with invoicing and job costing.
Duties:
- Manage all front desk activities including pick ups, vehicle drop-offs, customer inquiries , invoicing and collections.
- Data Entry for Payables and Timesheets
- Ensure efficient operation of phone systems and respond to customer queries promptly
- Maintain a welcoming and organized showroom area
- Handle customer job progress and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Must have Strong Bookkeeping Skills. You will be expected to do Invoicing, Receivables, Statements and assist with Job Costing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- QuickBooks Proficiency
Assets:
- Sign, Social Media and Design Experience.
Hours are flexible. We would really like someone experienced in QuickBooks and it is a bonus if you have a background and sign or marketing. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
