Requirements:
- Background knowledge in Real Estate preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Monday.com, CRM
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Flexibility with time and availability for time-sensitive tasks
