PAYROLL SPECIALIST - HYBRID WORKING - HAMILTON, ONTARIO - 6 MONTH TEMPORARY CONTRACT - $35.00-$40.00 PER HOUR
A socially conscious, not for profit organisation based in Hamilton, Ontario are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months to cover a period of absence. This role will be hybrid working and you will be required to attend the office 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be the stand alone Payroll Specialist responsible for the companies payroll of 500 employees. The payroll is processed in house from start to finish using UKG Pro payroll software. Previous experience using UKG Pro is not essential but would be highly advantageous.
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience processing Canadian bi-weekly payrolls from start to finish. You should have a good understanding of Canadian legislation and experience using a number of payroll software's. Ideally UKG Pro.
This role is need to provide urgent cover for a period of absence and so the company are looking for someone who is available to start at short notice.
