We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to provide general accounting services to assist in the efficient overall operation of Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort. An independent, knowledgeable, and experienced individual would be a welcome addition to the company.
Duties:
1. Daily & monthly accounting including data entry, reconciliations and financial statements in Quickbooks
2. Biweekly payroll, government remittances
3. Government compliance reporting
4. AR & AP data entry and reconciliation
5. Invoicing
6. End of month processing
7. Special report analysis as requested by management
8. Quarterly financial statements
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping designation an asset
- Experience working through full cycle bookkeeping
- Proficiency with computers, and various software (MS Word, Excel; QBO) - Strong Organizational skills, reliable, and resourceful
- Analytical thinking and pays attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
