Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using ADP Payroll and SPIRE Accounting software
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees
- Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role with proficiency in General Accounting Software Programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience in team management or supervision is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with basic budgeting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
