Swan Valley Co-op is hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk at our administration office in Swan River, MB.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op and creating a customer experience that makes a difference in our members lives. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service to members including answering phones, accepting bill payments, and answering members’ questions.
- Preparation and keying of audits and deposits for the Food Store, Gas Bar, Agro, Petro and Home Centre.
- Provide assistance with monthly mailing of customer statements.
- Preparation of weekly till differences for Food Store, Gas Bar, Agro, Petro and Home Centre.
- Preparation of Department/Vehicle expense journal entries.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
